Cauliflower Pickle

- 1 cauliflower shopping list
- 3 cups mustard oil shopping list
- 1 tsp methi (fenugreek seeds) powder shopping list
- 6 dried red chillies shopping list
- 1 cup vinegar shopping list
- Pinch of turmeric powder shopping list
- salt, as per taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Wash them and properly drain out the water.
- Heat oil and add methi (fenugreek seeds) and dried red chillies.
- After the methi bursts, add the cauliflower pieces, salt, turmeric powder and stir properly.
- When the cauliflower develops a brownish colour, add vinegar. Stir nicely. The vinegar should get totally mixed with the cauliflower.
- Take it off the flame and once cooled, store in a tight container.
