Berry Cookie Torte

- 1 18-ounce tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough shopping list
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 1 Cup COLD milk shopping list
- 1 3.4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix shopping list
- 2 cups whipped topping, divided shopping list
- 1 cup fresh blueberries shopping list
- 1 cup fresh raspberries shopping list
- 8 Milano cookies (Pepperidge Farms) shopping list
How to make it
- Divide the dough into 3 portions.
- Cover and chill 2 portions.
- On a floured surface, roll remaining dough into a 9-inch circle, about 1/8-inch thick.
- Transfer to an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 6-9 minutes, or until Lightly Browned.
- Cool for 2 minutes.
- Carefully remove to a wire rack to throughly cool.
- REPEAT WITH THE OTHER 2 POTIONS OF DOUGH.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar.
- In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes..
- Beat into cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
- Cover and chill for 20 minutes.
- Place one cookie layer on a serving plate.
- Top with 3/4 cup pudding mixture and 1/3 cup each of the blueberries and raspberries.
- REPEAT.
- Top with remaining cookie layer, spread with 1/2 pudding mixture.
- Pipe remaining whipped topping and pudding mixture over the top.
- Garnish with Milano Cookies and remaining berries.
- Serve Immediately.
