Orange Pecans Recipe

How to make it

  • Bring juice, rind and sugar to a full rolling boil; add pecans gradually. Stir CONSTANTLY until sugar is absorbed. Remove from heat and stir until separated. Turn onto waxed paper to harden-separate halves stuck together.
