How to make it

  • In a pot, bring apple cider and water to a boil.
  • Add ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and millet.
  • Reduce heat, cover and cook 15 minutes (do not stir).
  • Add buckwheat and applesauce.
  • Raise heat to medium-low and cook, covered, for 15 minutes longer.
