Gluten Free Mixed - Grain Porridge

- 3/4 cup apple cider shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups water shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger shopping list
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 cup uncooked millet shopping list
- 1/2 cup toasted buckwheat kernels (kasha) shopping list
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce shopping list
How to make it
- In a pot, bring apple cider and water to a boil.
- Add ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and millet.
- Reduce heat, cover and cook 15 minutes (do not stir).
- Add buckwheat and applesauce.
- Raise heat to medium-low and cook, covered, for 15 minutes longer.
