Gringo Meatballs

- 1 (16 oz) jar of hot, medium or mild salsa,(such as Gringo brand)If you can't find that brand, just make sure it's a smoky salsa. If you substitute a non smoky brand, you may want to add a drop or 2 of liquid smoke. shopping list
- 1/2 cup honey shopping list
- 1 t ground ginger shopping list
- 3 T soy sauce shopping list
- 3 pounds frozen precooked meatballs, thawed9Trader Joes has some awesome meatballs) shopping list
How to make it
- Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with aluminum foil
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine salsa, honey, ginger and soy sauce in a large mixing bowl
- Add meatballs
- Stir gently to coat
- Transfer meatballs and sauce to baking dish
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour
