How to make it

  • Melt chocolate with butter in microwave or double boiler on stove top. Stir till all chocolate is melted to glossy sheen.
  • Add in mint flavoring(can add a touch more if you want a stronger mint flavor to come thru)
  • Dip cookies in flavored chocolate.
  • place on wax paper lined cookie sheet,let chocolate set.
