Steak Potato And Vegetable Soup

- 1 lb beef stir-fry strips shopping list
- 1TB oil shopping list
- 2 TB flour shopping list
- 2 c water shopping list
- 4 c chicken stock shopping list
- 2 c potatoes and onions from pkg. of refrigerated potatoes with onions shopping list
- 2 c frozen soup vegetables shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 TB worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in pot over med-high heat. Add beef and sprinkle with flour. Cook,stirring,until browned,3 mins. Add salt.Stir in water,scraping bottom of pot. Add stock,potatoes and vegetables
- Reduce heat. Simmer until potatoes are tender,15 mins. Add Worcestershire sauce,pepper and salt to taste.
