Chicken & White Bean Soup

- 2 teaspoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage shopping list
- 2 (14) ounce cands chicken broth shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 1 (15) ounce can cannellini beans rinsed shopping list
- 1 (15) ounce can northern beans rinsed shopping list
- 6 cooked chicken breasts shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Heat oil in a large pan overn medium heat add the onions and cook stirring often until soft about 3minutes.
- 2. Stir in sage and continue cooking until aromatic, about 30 seconds.
- 3. Stir in broth and water increase heat to high and cover and bring to a boil.
- 4. Add beans and chicken and cook uncovered stirring occasionally until heated through about 3 minutes.
