This is a super easy baked chicken with an easy to make sauce. Servings depend on the size of the chicken you use.

Ingredients
  • 1 Can Golden Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup White Wine or Sherry
  • 1 Can mushrooms with liquid
  • 1 whole chicken, 1-1/2 pounds

Directions
  1. Combine soup, sour cream, white wine or sherry and whole can of mushrooms with liquid. Mix well.
  2. Place chicken in a 1-1/2 - 2 quart Corning Wear-type dish.
  3. Pour soup mix over chicken.
  4. Bake uncover at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours.
  5. Serve with rice.
