How to make it

  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk and seasoned salt.
  • Stir in the hash brown potatoes, ham, cheese, and dried onion.
  • Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • Let set 5-7 minutes before cutting.
  • Cut and serve with a dollop of sour cream and diced scallions (if you want to make it look fancy!)
