Oven Omelet Recipe
This can be made with regular ham, turkey ham, or vegetarian ham. It is super easy and impressive for brunch.

Ingredients
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 2 cups frozen, shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 1 cup fully cooked diced ham, turkey ham, or vegetarian ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced dried onion
  • Sour cream for garnish

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk and seasoned salt.
  2. Stir in the hash brown potatoes, ham, cheese, and dried onion.
  3. Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  5. Let set 5-7 minutes before cutting.
  6. Cut and serve with a dollop of sour cream and diced scallions (if you want to make it look fancy!)
