Oven Omelet

- 8 eggs shopping list
- 1 Cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned Salt shopping list
- 2 cups frozen, shredded hash brown potatoes shopping list
- 1 cup fully cooked diced ham, turkey ham, or vegetarian ham shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced dried onion shopping list
- sour cream for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk and seasoned salt.
- Stir in the hash brown potatoes, ham, cheese, and dried onion.
- Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Let set 5-7 minutes before cutting.
- Cut and serve with a dollop of sour cream and diced scallions (if you want to make it look fancy!)
