Spaghetti Skillet

- 3/4-1 lb lean ground beef shopping list
- 3-4 oz sliced pepperoni, chopped (3/4 to 1 cup) shopping list
- 3 cups prepared spaghetti sauce shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups water shopping list
- 3 cups uncooked spaghetti, broken into small pieces, 1-2" each shopping list
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef. When almost completely browned, add chopped pepperoni and cook for another minute or so. Drain.
- Return meat to skillet. Add pasta sauce, water and uncooked spaghetti. Stir well. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook about 10 minutes (might be a little longer, but not much).
- Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat. Cover; let stand 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
