Spicy Black And Red Bean Soup

- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups sliced carrots shopping list
- 1 sliced zucchini shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 3 cups chicken stock or vegetable shopping list
- 2 teaspoon white sugar shopping list
- 1 (16 ounce) package of frozen corn shopping list
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 (4 ounce) diced green chillies shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cummin shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chili powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cayenne shopping list
- 1 tablespoon oregano shopping list
- 1 tablespoon basil shopping list
- (the spices can be adjusted to your taste) shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Put all the ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on high for the first hour.
- 2. Turn the temperature down to low and cook for 3-4 hours or until veggies are soft.
