How to make it

  • 1. Combine all the ingredients into a small glass casserole dish (or a ziplock bag) See Photo
  • 2. Prepare your tofu and place inside bag or dish to marinate. (This is good soaking overnight, or even just for just a few minutes.) See Photo
  • 3. Prepare as desired (fry, bake, etc). For reference, the tofu pictured was marinated for five minutes and fried for three. Enjoy! See Photo
