How to make it

  • Get your grill or stovetop going to the desired heat to cook your burgers first off
  • Pound out burger patties and season just how you like them (I only use Black pepper and maybe a little bit of cumin)
  • While still waiting on the stove/grill, go ahead and cook your bacon until its nice and crispy
  • Drain the bacon grease and set the cooked bacon to the side
  • Fry the egg in the bacon pan, then set to the side when done
  • Put the burgers on the heat and cook for desired done-ness
  • As the burgers are finishing, add the cream cheese to the burger patties for a few seconds
  • Pull the patties off the heat and set on buns, add bacon and egg
  • enjoy
