Mustard And Brown Sugar Rubbed Salmon

                    - 2 Tablspoons dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder shopping list
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon olive oil shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Stir together sugar, salt, pepper, cumin, and mustard in a small bowl. Place fish skin side down and rub mixture evenly onto fish.
- Heat oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium heat. When hot place fish rubbed side down.
- Place fillets skin side down in pan and cook until mixture is disolved and darkens slightly.
- Be careful not to burn about 4 minutes. flip and continue to cook until done.
