How to make it

  • Heat oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium heat. When hot place fish rubbed side down.
  • Place fillets skin side down in pan and cook until mixture is disolved and darkens slightly.
  • Be careful not to burn about 4 minutes. flip and continue to cook until done.
