How to make it

  • Combine flour and butter in pan. Cook 2-3 min. Add chopped veggies and saute until soft. Add wine to veggies and cook until reduced by half. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, tomatoe paste and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add crawfish tails and cook an additional 10 min. Serve over rice or quinoa! Enjoy!
