How to make it

  • Cook oats normally, adding dried cranberries & raisins when oats are simmering.
  • Stir in cinnamon & nutmeg (go easy on the nutmeg).
  • In separate pan, brown turkey bacon until done according to your preference; i prefer mine slightly crispy.
  • Put oats into bowls, stir in a splash of almond milk, and tear turkey bacon over top.
  • Fry the eggs, one at a time, and add garlic powder, salt, & freshly ground black pepper. Leave yolk runny.
  • Place 1 egg carefully into each bowl & enjoy!
