Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. of active dry yeast

1/2 c. of cream cheese, softened

1/2 c. of water

4 tbsp. of sugar

2 tbsp. of melted butter

1 beaten up egg

3 c. of bread flour

1 tsp. of salt

Directions

First you want to add all the ingredients according to your bread machines instructions.

Next you want to do the dough cycle.

Then you can remove the dough from bread machine and then put in the greased bread pan.

Finally, you can bake at 350 degrees for about 35 min.

Serve.

Doing this one by hand. It only took 2 1/2 cups flour at the most. It's on the first rise now.

A very tasty bread! Did not rise as much as I thought it should but maybe that is because it didn't take in enough flour. Will make this again.
