How to make it

  • In shallow bowl,combine flour,sage,basil and seasoned salt,coat chicken.Reserve remaining flour mixture.In large skillet,melt butter,brown chicken on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker.
  • Add 1/4 c reserved flour mixture to the skillet(discarding the rest);stir till smooth. When mixture beginss to to bubble,stir in chicken broth and bring to boil;boil 1 min.
  • Pour over chicken . Cover and cook on high for 2-2-1/2 hurs or till juices run clear..
