Spinach and Artichoke Au Gratin

- 12 ounces marinated artichoke hearts shopping list
- 30 ounces frozen spinach thawed and squeezed shopping list
- 9 ounces cream cheese shopping list
- 6 tablespoon butter softened shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Drain marinade from artichokes then set aside a few for garnish.
- Distribute remaining artichokes over the bottom of a shallow square backing dish.
- With a mixer beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy then gradually blend in milk.
- Arrange 1/2 of the thawed and drained spinach over artichokes.
- Spread 1/2 of cream cheese mixture over first layer of spinach then add final layer of spinach.
- Spread remaining cream cheese over last layer of spinach then sprinkle lightly with pepper.
- Dust with parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 375 for 45 minutes then garnish with reserved artichokes.
