How to make it

  • Drain marinade from artichokes then set aside a few for garnish.
  • Distribute remaining artichokes over the bottom of a shallow square backing dish.
  • With a mixer beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy then gradually blend in milk.
  • Arrange 1/2 of the thawed and drained spinach over artichokes.
  • Spread 1/2 of cream cheese mixture over first layer of spinach then add final layer of spinach.
  • Spread remaining cream cheese over last layer of spinach then sprinkle lightly with pepper.
  • Dust with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake uncovered at 375 for 45 minutes then garnish with reserved artichokes.
