Artichoke Popper Dip

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 3/4 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper shopping list
- 1/2 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, well drained and chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon diced jalapenos shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the mayonnaise, cheese(s), seasoned salt, dill weed, lemon pepper and artichoke hearts. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
- Note: I just used enough jalapenos to give a touch of heat, use the amount that fits your tastes...also whatever cheese(s) you prefer.
