Texas Eggs

- leftover ground beef (or 1/4 pound) shopping list
- 1/2 cup velveeta diced shopping list
- 1/4 cup prepared salsa (your favorite brand) shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- If not using leftover ground beef, brown ground beef until no longer pink.
- Drain fat from pan in a colander
- With meat still in colander, spray pan with non-stick spray ( I prefer butter flavor)
- Add eggs and scramble.
- Just a couple minutes before they're done, Add diced velveeta cheese to pan. Allow to melt, stirring frequently so it doesn't burn to pan.
- Add salsa and meat.
- Heat thoroughly and serve!
