Buffalo Chicken Sandwich Recipe

This is very similar to the sandwich at a very well-known restaurant :-)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 boneless chicken breast
- 2 tbs hot sauce
- oil for frying
Directions
- mix flour and salt in small bowl
- pour milk in another bowl
- dip chicken in milk, then in flour; repeat
- refrigerate for 10 minutes
- deep fry chicken for 10 minutes
- coat with hot sauce
- serve on bun with lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing :-)
