How to make it

  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar and salt. Stir in the sour cream, cottage cheese and eggs until blended.
  • Pour batter by 1/4 cupful onto a greased hot griddle in batches; turn when bubbles form on top. Cook until the second side is golden brown.

    Honeybee1 ate it and said...
    These were the best pancakes ever! I can no longer eat plain pancakes - blah, boring. The recipe says it serves 3-4 but they were so yummy I ate them for dinner over two nights. Felt a tad guilty about eating an entire container of sour cream over 2 nights but I got over it. Will make these again and again and again.
