How to make it

  • In med bowl,combine beef,onion,tomato paste,2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp pepper;use hands to mix. Makes 12 patties,about 2" wide.
  • In small bowl,mix mayonnaise and chipolte hot sauce until well combined;set aside
  • Lightly toast dinner rolls in toaster oven. Meanwhile,cook patties on med-high heat in olive oil in non-stick saute pan or griddle,about 2 mins. a side.
  • Spoon chipolte mayo onto the bottom buns. Top with a few leaves of baby greens,one slice of tomato, a meat patty and a slice of cheese;top with bun. Add fried onions,if so desired.Stick a long toothpick thru each slider.;serve with extra chipolte mayo in bowl.
