How to make it

  • Heat olive oil in non stick skillet over med high. Add onions and garlic. Cook until onions are soft and translucent. Add zuchinni, salt, pepper and oregano. Cook until zuchinni is soft, not mushy. Add tomatoes and cook for another 3 min or unitl tomatoes break down and form a chunky sauce.
  • Serve warm or at room temp.
