How to make it

  • First you want to mix graham cracker and melted butter well.
  • Then you can press to the bottom of a cheesecake pan.
  • Then in a bowl mix in the cream cheese, sugar, flour, and the vanilla.
  • You want to beat this with a blender until creamy and fluffy.
  • Then you will add in the eggs and egg yolkd, on low until creamy.
  • Now add in whipped cream and lemon peel.
  • Next you will want to pour in pan.
  • Preheat and bake at 325 degrees approx. -1/2 hr.
  • Cheesecake can then cool around 15-20 min.
  • Use a knife to loosen crust from side of pan.
  • Then chill in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours/

    The cream in my opinion should be whipped, I just put it in a bowl and hand whip it.......this is an excellant cheesecake, however the recipe says cook it for an 1/2 hour I cooked it for a full hour. it comes out very creamy and the top cracks.

    In the ingredients, it lists whipping cream. The directions say whipped cream. Should I whip the cream or use whipping cream?
