Cheesecake

- 5 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 c. of finely crushed graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 c. of butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 1 tsp. of finely shredded lemons, rind of shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 1/3 c. of whipping cream shopping list
- 1 3/4 c. of sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp. of all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. of vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- First you want to mix graham cracker and melted butter well.
- Then you can press to the bottom of a cheesecake pan.
- Then in a bowl mix in the cream cheese, sugar, flour, and the vanilla.
- You want to beat this with a blender until creamy and fluffy.
- Then you will add in the eggs and egg yolkd, on low until creamy.
- Now add in whipped cream and lemon peel.
- Next you will want to pour in pan.
- Preheat and bake at 325 degrees approx. -1/2 hr.
- Cheesecake can then cool around 15-20 min.
- Use a knife to loosen crust from side of pan.
- Then chill in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours/

The cream in my opinion should be whipped, I just put it in a bowl and hand whip it.......this is an excellant cheesecake, however the recipe says cook it for an 1/2 hour I cooked it for a full hour. it comes out very creamy and the top cracks.
