Meat Lovers Pizza Casserole

- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1 cup elbow macaroni shopping list
- 1 medium onion, diced shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 jar (15 ounce) Contadine pizza squeese pizza sauce or you could use can instead shopping list
- 1 cup fancy shredded cheese shopping list
- 1 package (3 1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni, quarted shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2.In a large skillet cook beef, onion and season with salt and pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and it looks like it's done.Drain.
- 3.In a pan boil enough water and the teaspoon of salt, when it comes to a boil add the macaroni and boil for 7 to 10 minutes.Drain.
- 4.In a 2 qt. casserole dish lightly spray with cooking spray, add the ground beef mixture, macaroni, pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni.Bake uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through.
