How to make it

  • Toast the almonds, set aside
  • Heat oil on low. Add onions and garlice, saute until soft and slightly browned. Add rice and tomatoe paste. Stir until combined, about 2 min. Add wine, carrots and broccolli. Combine until wine is cooked out. Add salt and pepper to taste. Approx 1/8 tsp of both.
  • Turn off heat and add almonds back to the rice.
