This low carb dessert is as good as the real thing!

Ingredients
  • 3 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 25 packets of Splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 tbsp. of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. of almond extract

Directions
  1. First you want to take a bowl and add in the cream cheese, splenda, and extracts.
  2. The you want to add in the eggs one at a time, keep beating until creamy.
  3. Next pour this mixture into a buttered pie dish.
  4. Now bake at 350 degrees for 35 min or golden to your liking.
  5. Cool and serve.

So I tried this recepie, wasn't sure about the 25 packets of Splenda, so I added 3/4 cup. This breaks down to 4.5 carbs per slice, if cut into 8 slices. It turned out great! Very filling and I love that I can not feel guilty about having desert!! Thanks!! Will definatly try again and give out the recipe to my friends and family!! Thanks again!!


Tried this....and loved it. I too used 3/4 cup of Splenda!


I know I'm going to like this - simple and to the point, no fancy stuff and I have fresh pureed strawberries ready to pour over the top!
