- One lb of ground beef, shopping list
- 1/2 lb of ground pork shopping list
- 1/2 lb ground veal. shopping list
- one sleeve of saltines - crushed shopping list
- 1-1/2 cup grated parmasen cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1-1/2 tbls garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- Makes about 30 something meatballs depending on how big your medium is. shopping list
How to make it
- This is a simple italian meatball but effective when made with the right italian gravy or sauce as most americans would say.
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix with your hands.
- Roll into medium balls onto a baking sheet and bake at 375
- for 35 minutes.
- Lets stand out of oven for 20 minutes before you taste.
- I am asked to make these at all our family gatherings.
- I guess they love em!!!!!!
