Dinner For One: Chicken And Asparagus Pasta

- chicken breast or tenderloins (defrosted if necessary) shopping list
- Trader Joe's Frozen Grilled asparagus shopping list
- grape tomatoes shopping list
- Whole grain pasta (rotini, spaghetti, whatever is in your cupboard) shopping list
- McCormick's Italian herb seasoning and sea salt (Grinders) shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare the spaghetti in boiling water.
- On the stove, heat olive oil in a large sauté pan. Add some Italian Herb Seasoning.
- Meanwhile cut the asparagus and then chicken into bite-sized pieces. Add to the now hot oil in the pan. Add sea salt and more seasoning if so desired. Cook for approximately five minutes.
- Add to pan the cooked spaghetti, grape tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese. Adding a bit more olive oil may also be necessary. Toss and remove from heat.
