Grasshopper Bars

- Bars: shopping list
- 1 pouch (1lb and 1.5 oz)Betty Crocker double chocolate chunk cookie mix shopping list
- 1/3 c vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 TB water shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- Frosting: shopping list
- 3 c powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 pkg (3oz) cream cheese,softened shopping list
- 1/4 c butter,softened shopping list
- 2 TB milk shopping list
- 1/4 tsp mint extract shopping list
- 3-4 drops green food coloring shopping list
- Glaze: shopping list
- 1 0z unsweetened baking chocolate shopping list
- 1 TB butter shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350'. Spray bottom of 9x13" baking dish with cooking spray.
- In large bowl,stir all bar ingredients until soft dough forms. Press into pan;bake 15 mins.Coolabout 10 mins.
- In large bowl,stir all frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread over bars.
- In small microwaveable bowl,microwave glaze ingredients on hig 30 seconds;stir till smooth. Drizzle over frosting.
- Refrigerate 30 mins or till ser. For bars,cut into 9 rows by 4 rows. Store in refrigerator
- Line baking pan with foil for easier cutting.
