How to make it

  • Toss cabbage,onions ,carrots and salt in a bowl. Season with pepper
  • Whisk together vinegar,mayonnaise,sesame oil,sriracha and sugar till smooth. Taste;add pinch of salt ,if necessary
  • Pour dressing over shredded vegetables and toss to combine. Serve slaw immediately or chill a few hours,tossing again before serving. Finish with a shower of sesame seeds or chopped peanuts,if desired.

    So funny, you and I are always on the same track. I made up a ton of Oriental slaw yesterday. Quite different from your I'll need to try your recipe next time I love the use of the hot sauce.
