Mediterranean Chicken Skillet

- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 can (19 oz) garlic and olive oil bruschetta tomatoes shopping list
- 3 cups frozen peas shopping list
- 26 oz water shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 3 cups instant rice shopping list
- 1 can sliced ripe black olives shopping list
- crumbled feta cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In a large nonstick skillet, brown chicken in oil on each side. Stir in the tomatoes, peas, water, oregano and garlic powder. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in rice. Return to a boil. Cover and simmer 8-10 minutes longer or until a meat thermometer reads 170° and rice is tender. Stir in olives; sprinkle with cheese.
