How to make it

  • Mix all together. Form into 40 1" meatballs. Roll in flour to coat,then shake off excess flour.
  • Heat oil in large skillet over med. heat. Cook meatballs in batches if needed,turning them till browned on all sdes ad juices run clear,about 5-7 mins. Remove and drain on paper towels.

    I love meatballs. You could really Greek this up with ground lamb.

    Pat, these sound most excellent. I love the red wine, mint, garlic combo. These would be nice squeezed onto little skewers too. Great post! Hugs.
