Greek Meatballs

- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 3-1/2 c white bread cubes ,1/4" (about 5 slices shopping list
- 3/4 c finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1/2 c Italian-style dry breadcrumbs shopping list
- 2 eggs (beaten) shopping list
- 1/4 c red wine or water shopping list
- 2 TB fresh minced fresh mint leaves shopping list
- 3 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 2 tsp dried oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp peper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all together. Form into 40 1" meatballs. Roll in flour to coat,then shake off excess flour.
- Heat oil in large skillet over med. heat. Cook meatballs in batches if needed,turning them till browned on all sdes ad juices run clear,about 5-7 mins. Remove and drain on paper towels.
