How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Using a mixer, cream sugars, crisco, till fluffy,, add egg.
  • add extracts and beat well.
  • Add flour baking powder , salt and nuts,, mixing well till all are blended.
  • form dough into 1 inch balls. Press around hershey kiss
  • Bake 12 min.

    you can use butter flavor crisco,, i have and loved it,, but the cookie calls for crisco shortening ,, not butter or marg. never made it with anything else.
