How to make it

  • Tilapia

  • Lightly cover both sides of your filet with black pepper and chili powder
  • Heat pan with 1 Tblspoon of Olive oil
  • Cook filets for roughly 10-12 minutes (higher heat for less time)(gives time for making salad)
  • "Orange" Salad

  • Peel and cut up 1 Orange
  • Dice half of a Orange Pepper
  • Cut up 1 Pear
  • (to sweeten up the salad you can add a teaspoon of honey, but its pretty tasty on its own)
  • The picture also shows Rice and Asparagus stalks, which compliment this dish well!
  • Lightly pan cook asparagus stalks with pepper and salt for 5 mins
  • Rice usually takes about 20-25 minutes to prepare
