this is an alternative to toothpaste for those avoiding glycerin for it's ability to block teeth from absorbing minerals needed to rebuild. Ingredients
- 4 tsp Dr. Bronner's unscented or peppermint liquid castile soap shopping list
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil shopping list
- 1 to 2 tsp Slim Sweet, xylitol or stevia (both have no adverse effects on the teeth) shopping list
- 20 to 30 drops peppermint, spearmint or sweet orange essential oils shopping list
- 1 cup warm filtered water shopping list
How to make it
- add ingredients to blender & blend

I had the ingredients on hand (I used Bronner's unscented and peppermint oil but no sweetener) and it takes next to no time to put together. My teeth finally feel clean. Thanks for posting.
