• Left over bread of any kind ( crust ends from loaves, left over pieces of a baguette, insides of a scali I dig out to make a submarine sandwich) It doesn't matter what type of bread either as I've made bread crumbs from rye, wheat, multi grain and mixed it all together shopping list
  • italian seasoning to taste if you want to make an Italian flavored bread crumb shopping list

How to make it

  • Add all bread pieces to blender
  • Add Italian seasoning if making flavored bread crumbs
  • Blend until desired consistency
  • Add to freezer bag and freeze
  • Take from freezer when ready to use
