Corn And Edamame Salad

- 2 tsp. toasred sesame oil shopping list
- 1 TB rice vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsp soy sauce or tamari shopping list
- 2 c frozen,shelled edamame shopping list
- 1 c fresh corn(1-2 ears) or partially thawed, frozen corn shopping list
- 2 TB toasted sesame seeds shopping list
- generous pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Bring pot of wateer to boil. Meanwhile,whisk all dressing ingredients in a med. bowl. Boi edamame 3 mins,add vorn,boil 2 mins. more. Drain into collander,run under cold water till cool enough to touch. Add edamame and corn to dressing and toss to combine. Add sesame seeds and toss again. Add salt to taste. Cover and chill at least 15 mins.
- This is pretty served in raddichio bowl(pull leaves off and serve in base.)
