Moms Mexican Coleslaw

                    - 6 cups very thinly sliced green cabbage about 1/2 head shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups peeled and grated carrots shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it 
                    - 1. Place cabbage and carrots in a colander rinse thoroughly with cold water to crisp and then let drain for 5 minutes.
- 2. Meanwhile whisk cilantro, vinegar, olive oil and salt in a bowl and add cabbage and carrots and toss well to coat.
