How to make it

  • Cook bacon in a small frying pan until desired crispiness is reached. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Set out romaine leaves on a plate.
  • Layer bacon, cheese, tomato, and avocado on each leaf.
  • Whisk all of the sauce ingredients together and drizzle over your lettuce wraps. Enjoy!
  • -these are great served with sweet potato fries; which can be dipped in the ranch-lemon sauce! :)
