How to make it

  • Carefully mix together the avocados, tomatoes, onion, and garlic in a bowl. Add in the oregano and parsley, then gently stir in olive oil and vinegar, now the feta. Cover, and place in the refrigerator to chill for 2-6 hours.

    *mouthwatering* wow... would this be good for a party dip kinda thing for chips or is it too chunky, maybe better on crackers or something more solid than potato chips? Just not sure what you mean by salsa... in Italian it means "sauce" in general.

    Mmmm...I bet this would be great with pita chips! Have you tried adding lemon juice? I think that would really brighten the flavor even more!
