Grand Marnier Marinade

- 3/4 c Grand Marnier shopping list
- 1-1/4 c apricot jam shopping list
- 3/4 c white vinegar(I used white balamic) shopping list
- 4-1/2 TB worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 3 TB Dijon mustard shopping list
- 3 TB honey shopping list
- 1 TB dried red pepper flakes shopping list
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In saucepan,combine all but chicken and olive oil. Simmer over med-low heat till honey and jam are melted. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Place chicken breasts in resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over. Marinate in rfrigerator for at least 4 hours to ov Let chicken stand at room temp. for 1/2 hour before grilling.
- Can be done in oven at 350' for 45 mins,basting every 15 mins.ernight
