Swiss Steak In Foil

- 2 lbs. round steak shopping list
- 1 cup catsup shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1 large onion sliced shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice or 1 lemon thinly sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Combine catsup and flour. Spoon half of the mixture into the center of the foil. Put steak on top and season. Cover steak with sliced onions and remaining catsup mixture. Sprinkle with lemon juice or with slices of lemon. Seal carefully. Bake at 450 for 1 1/2 hours until tender.
