Swiss Steak In Foil Recipe
I am just guessing on the servings. When I made this, i used half of this recipe, only 1# of steak. I would keep an eye on the temp.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. round steak
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice or 1 lemon thinly sliced

Directions
  1. Combine catsup and flour. Spoon half of the mixture into the center of the foil. Put steak on top and season. Cover steak with sliced onions and remaining catsup mixture. Sprinkle with lemon juice or with slices of lemon. Seal carefully. Bake at 450 for 1 1/2 hours until tender.
