Bacon Bake'n Lasagna

cheesy bacon lasagna.....bacon veggies and two kinds of cheese! this uses very little meat with a big meat taste!
Ingredients
- the sauce: shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2 lb butcher quality bacon chopped shopping list
- 1/2 an onion yellow or white shopping list
- 2 carrots grates shopping list
- 1 rib celery chopped shopping list
- 2 tlbsp olive oil shopping list
- put all into skillet and stir on med hi til bacon and onion are dark and flavorful. shopping list
- add: 1 red bell pepper chopped shopping list
- 3 cloves of garlic chopped shopping list
- 1 can 16 oz fire roasted crushed tomatoes shopping list
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce shopping list
- 2tsp tomato paste for richness shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- oragano 2 tsp shopping list
- the rest: shopping list
- 1 lb mozzerella cheese shopping list
- 1/2 lb chedder cheese like tilimook shopping list
- 4 handfuls of spinach shopping list
- lasagna noodles shopping list
How to make it
- add a small amount of sauce to coat the bottom of your lasagna pan
- layer noodles
- then ricotta mix
- then mozzerella
- then 2 handfuls of spinach
- then sauce
- reapeat asss many times as you can ending with noodles on top
- bake at 350 for and hour
