Instant Pancake Mix

- For Batter Mix: (A) shopping list
- 600g - plain flour shopping list
- 50g - baking powder shopping list
- 2tsp - bicarbonate soda shopping list
- 2tsp - salt shopping list
- 50g - caster sugar shopping list
- For Filling: (B) shopping list
- 125ml - maple syrup shopping list
- 200g - blueberry or any type of berries shopping list
- For 1 cup Mix: (C) shopping list
- 1 - egg shopping list
- 250ml - milk shopping list
- some butter (around 1 tbsp) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the (A) together in a bowl. Store (A) into a tall glass container or Tupperware for easy access. You can prepare the (A) earlier or the day before. It can keep up to 6 months.
- Mix the (B) into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Once boil, take away from the heat and stir evenly. Put aside.
- When you want to eat, take 1 cup of (A) with (C) mix in a bowl. Get the pan ready (heated). Used small ladle to scoop the (A) onto the pan. Cook about 2 minutes on each side (see bubbles at side of the pancake can be flip). Serve with the (B) on top. Breakfast is served. Enjoy~
