  Good flavor. A thin batter. One batch made 6 cakes. And they do cook in 2 minutes on a side.
  Think I'll mess with the ratios a little to make it a thicker batter.
  Made the cakes slathered with homemade applesauce, topped with peach honey and a dollop of oleo.
