How to make it

  • Add 1lb of cube chopped beef into crock pot
  • Add 1 cup of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce
  • Add 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning
  • Add 2 shots of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
  • Cook on High setting for 1 hour to get food up to proper temperature quickly
  • Then, cook on low setting for 7 hours to make sure its cooked all the way through
  • Enjoy!
  • (p.s. Tastes great with couscous!)

    Good beef, a slow cooker and rum. I'll use Bounty rum but at 55% alcohol it should do. Even our local beef should be fork tender. I have a 2 lb. packet of beef in the freezer that begs for a recipe like this. Thanks for the post.
